'sup Ninjas!

As I've said at the park, I'll be the head Weapons' Checker/Nerf Herder in lieu of the Zyphyr breeding and cloning program.

As the event draws closer, I'll be announcing the dates and times for interested parties to attend weapons' check classes covering how I want weapons to be checked for the day, as well as any subtle nuances in checking weapons on the whole at OTHER national events. All in all, a good series of classes to attend if you're interested in helping out not only at Anniversary, but other events Byzantium throws, as well as other Dagorhir events across the board.

I'll both post the dates here and announce them at every battle practice I'm at once I get them set.

A few quick notes on how these classes will run:

-2 of them will probably be held at a practice, one Sun., one Wed., as to avoid as many scheduling conflicts
as possible.
-One will be held at my place on an off-night, just in case.
-You need to attend at least one (I'll be covering the same material in each class) to do anything other than
be a victim...err... back (yeah, that's it) at the event.
-If you can't make any of those three, special arrangements BEFORE THE EVENT can be made. Please don't
walk up to me ten minutes after check opens and ask me for a lesson. I may tack you to the pavillion roof
by your nipples.
-I love you all, and I know I can be long-winded. What I'm saying in these classes needs to be said for some
reason or another. Save the heckling for afterwards, don't interrupt me, and for the love of foam pay
attention to what I'm saying. Seriously. The faster I get through it all (there's a lot), the faster it gets done.
- Attending more than one class gets you bonus ShattyPoints(tm), redeemable at participating locations.

Due to a packed September weekend schedule up until Anniversary, the Sunday weapons check class will be held the last Sunday of August during battle practice. Should I be scheduled to work that day, it will happen later on in the day, say 5:30-6 ish, still at the park. I'll be announcing this every practice I'm at, and if those ninjas who DO see this would be so kind, do spread this info via word of mouth so as many peeps know as possible. Thanks much!

Heyo again, your friendly neighborhood blue elf here yet again with another Anniversary weapons check info update!

The Wednesday weapons check class will be held Wednesday, September 15th at Evergreen during/after practice. In the event I work that evening, it'll be at 7:30.

The off-night class will be held THURSDAY the 17th, time and location to be announced later.

These two classes are being held as close to the event as possible, so the information is still fresh in everyone's head. As stated above in my original post, if you have interest and cannot make it to any of the scheduled classes, speak with me and we'll set something up to fit your schedule.

I'll announce this again every practice I'm at, as usual. Also, spread the word to those peeps you know don't read the boards or don't have net access.
